User Agreement

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) regulates the procedure and conditions provision of services by the Hamster website, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”, and is addressed to individuals face who wishes to receive the services of the specified site (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”)

3. THE PARTICIPANT COMMITS
3.1 Not to use profanity and words/phrases, do not comply with the framework of “censorship” when communicating through the provided chat and exchange system personal messages.
3.2 Promptly report identified errors and shortcomings in the operation of the site and process and not use them for personal purposes.

3.3 It is strictly prohibited:
Creating more than one account one participant
Create more than one account on one device
Register from your devices accounts for other people
Log into other people’s accounts, including the accounts of your friends, relatives
Registration of the same email address.

3.4 Do not use means of communication for the purpose of advertising any third-party resources.
3.5 Be responsible for any financial operations in your account, even if they were not carried out by the participant himself.
3.6 Do not condemn actions others participants and the organizer of the site.
3.7 Do not use external programs of any kind to gain benefits in the project.
3.8 Participant undertakes to independently take care of the necessary computer security measures, keep them secret and not transmit other persons, participants their login and password. All risk of adverse consequences of disclosure of this data carries the participant himself.
3.9 The participant undertakes not to use logins and names similar to the login for registration administrator: admin1, admin33, adminn, administrations, etc., and moder logins and names are also prohibited, moderator etc., which may mislead other participants in the system.
3.10 The participant undertakes to respect applies to other users and project administration when contacting technical support or communicating through “personal messaging” system.
